Lamborghini has once again stepped off the road and onto the court, revealing its latest collaboration with racquet specialist Babolat: the BL003 padel racquet.
The BL003 marks the third instalment in a partnership that began in 2024. After the BL001 and BL002 editions found favour with collectors and players alike, this new model aims to push the formula further.
Italian DNA

The BL003 is the product of joint development, blending Babolat’s game-tech know-how with Lamborghini’s experience in structural design and advanced carbon engineering.
According to the brands, the racquet draws heavily on the DNA of Italian super sports cars, using complex geometries, high-modulus carbon fibres and an optimised structure to maximise stability, responsiveness and shot precision.
Its lightweight build and aerodynamic profile are designed to improve manoeuvrability on court. The surface uses 3K carbon, while the frame is reinforced with Koridion, a foam derived from patented technology also used in Lamborghini vehicles.
Hand-crafted at the Babolat Padel Studio in Spain, where the company produces its most exclusive racquets in limited runs, the BL003 is finished with a thermoplastic ABS coating. That outer layer is said to enhance comfort at impact while improving durability over time.
From factory floor to centre court

The collaboration first launched with the BL001 in 2024, notable for being produced inside Lamborghini’s own manufacturing facilities. It was unveiled during Arena, the brand’s global customer event. A year later came the BL002, built at Babolat’s headquarters and recognised for improved stability and a design inspired by Lamborghini’s aerodynamic styling.
Both earlier editions quickly became sought-after items in the premium padel segment. The BL003 continues that trajectory, blending automotive flair with competitive intent.
Availability begins this month via babolat.com and selected official retailers worldwide. As with its predecessors, production will be limited, so if your garage already houses a raging bull, perhaps your sports bag soon will too.
